MAIN CHARACTER ENERGY

A 6-Month Group Programme for men who are done second-guessing themselves.

1 October 2026 – 31 March 2027 · 6 online sessions · 2 live immersion days · WhatsApp community · Monthly self-paced chapters

You know something’s off.

You've done everything right. The career. The discipline. The self-improvement. You've read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Maybe even tried therapy. You know you should set boundaries. You know you should stop people-pleasing. You understand it, intellectually, completely.

And yet.

You still say yes when you mean no. You still hesitate before speaking. You still replay that conversation on loop at 2am. You still feel like a supporting character in a life that's supposed to be yours.

Here's what I want you to consider:

The problem isn't that you don't know enough. It's that you've been trying to think your way out of overthinking.

You don't act from instinct anymore. You act from calculation. And the more you calculate, the less you trust yourself.

More information isn't what's going to get you unstuck. Play is.

Think about your favourite Storybook hero.

Think about your favourite storybook hero. Not the brooding, armoured type who powers through everything alone. The other kind. Zorro, leaving his mark with a wink before disappearing into the night. Robin Hood, who looked at an unjust world and decided — cheerfully, defiantly — to play by his own rules. The Dread Pirate Roberts, who built an entire identity around a performance — and eventually had to ask himself who was actually underneath it.

These heroes aren't the most powerful people in the room. They're the most alive.

They move through the world with a lightness that doesn't come from having everything figured out. It comes from trusting themselves to handle whatever comes next.

They don't freeze. They don't over-optimise. They don't rehearse every move. They step forward, and adjust as they go.

When did you stop being the main character of your own story?

It turned out to be the place I exactly wanted to be at that time...

I went to this workshop with zero idea of what I signed up for. In fact, at first, the concept even made me uncomfortable. But I am SO happy that I did it… I learned so much about myself, far beyond what I could have imagined.
— Charlie

The Arc: From NPC to Main Character

Do you want to be the non-playable character in a video game, waiting for someone to walk by and give you a reason to finally get into action? Play makes the transformation happen:

— From someone life is happening to, to someone actively, playfully, unapologetically living it.
— From overthinking to acting on your first instinct.
— From managing everyone else's story to finally writing your own

What This Actually Looks Like

Joining this programme doesn't mean blowing up your life. What happens is quieter than that, and more lasting.

Your partner or date notices you're less preoccupied. Less managing, less waiting to see how they feel before deciding how you feel. You take more initiative. You relax into things instead of bracing for them.

Your friends hear from you differently. Not the obliging yes to every invitation, but an actual plan you came up with. The conversations go somewhere they didn't used to.

At work you seem less like someone holding everything together through willpower. More like someone who has a life outside of it.

Everything fits better.

If Nothing Changes

If nothing changes you won't be miserable. You'll be fine. Competent, well-liked, holding it together. You just never quite close the gap between the life you're managing and the life you actually want. And at some point, fine becomes the ceiling.

It was truly empowering to be guided back to my body and pleasure and desires. I go through my day-to-day more attuned to what I want and need and am able to vocalize this not only to myself but also to others. Cannot stress enough how incredibly constructive and valuable and FUN my sessions with Liz were.

What will change

Over six months, you’ll practise:

  • Saying no without apologising for it

  • Feeling a yes in your body and acting on it

  • Making decisions without spiralling

  • Speaking without overexplaining

  • Taking up space without performing

Doing all of that in a way that is genuinely fun, slightly absurd, surprising and playful!

Not because you’ve analysed yourself into clarity.
But because you’ve trained your body to recognise what’s true.

The result?

You move differently. You hesitate less. You explain less. You laugh more easily. You stop scanning the room for approval. As the Main Character of your own story you go beyond just ‘understanding’. You start doing. By harnessing the power of play you stop constantly second guessing yourself.

And people notice.

The Chapters

Liz leads the workshop with such groundedness and playfulness, it’s the perfect combo. I felt guided through the exercises, all designed to encourage you to turn inwards and outward and stay true to your own desires and boundaries. It’s a nice way to open up and go into contact with more confidence to embrace everything that comes up.
— Inger

Live Immersion Days

Twice during the programme, we meet in person in the Netherlands for a full day together.

These days are where you put things into practice. Think play fighting as the way to practice boundaries and desires. Improv comedy practices. ‘Apekooien’ to let loose, connect to the body and feel like a kid again. Roleplaying games. Rituals blending creativity and self-reflection, to finally, truly drop the mask you’re wearing and show yourself to the group for who you really are.

And it works because it bypasses the part of you that’s been trying to think your way through life.

There will be games. There will be arts and crafts. There will be laughter.

For me safety is really important. Liz ensures everyone feels safe during the workshop by carefully checking in how people feel and what they need. The practices were helpful to actively explore my boundaries and how my body responds to them. The safety and practices combined helped me to give in more to my playfulness.

About Elizabeth

I’m a VITA-certified sex, love and relationship coach and facilitator based in the Netherlands.

For the past five years, I’ve been guiding individuals and groups through workshops and coaching that turn big emotional concepts into things you can actually work with in daily life. Always leaving space for a wink or a joke, especially when tears start to flow: heavy topics become easier to approach when we can laugh and cry in the same room.

Since 2021, I’ve facilitated 24 workshops and temple evenings, with over 300 participants moving through my spaces. I’ve also supported and led emotional support teams in large-scale retreat and festival settings, holding space in high-intensity relational environments where safety and presence truly matter.

I’m a certified sex, love and relationship coach through VITA™, a year-long intensive professional coaching training focused on embodied relationship work and ethical practice.

If that resonates, you’re probably in the right place.

My sessions with Elizabeth revealed insights into my own self-limiting ideas about myself. She helped reveal the obvious and now I can choose a different way. Elizabeth’s kindness, humility and calm leadership was exactly what I needed.
